Sheet vinyl comes off the roll in wide pieces, so a laundry room, small bathroom or kitchen can often go down with few or no seams for water to find. It is one of the lowest-cost floors you can buy, and it is easy to clean.
We sell resilient and sheet vinyl to homeowners, landlords and commercial and government accounts. It is a practical choice for rental turnovers, break rooms and any space where the floor has to be cleaned often.

Sheet vinyl is priced by the square yard or foot, plus whatever prep the floor needs. Call (210) 227-3300 for current pricing.
For contractors & investors
Commercial accounts, home investors and contractors save 10%. For multi-unit turnovers, ask about pricing the material and the prep together.
We install glue-down resilient flooring with new plywood underlayment, skim coating and patching.
Good to know before you buy
- Financing. Available through Synchrony, with terms from 6 to 18 months and no interest if paid in full by the end of the term. Other terms are available.
- 10% off for the trade and more. Contractors, home investors, commercial accounts, military personnel, senior citizens and repeat customers save 10%.
- In-home estimates. We come out to measure Monday through Friday, or you can bring your room measurements to the showroom.
- Delivery. Material can be delivered to your home or job site for a fee, including the installation materials we stock in the warehouse.
- Fast answers. Calls and quote requests get a response within one hour during showroom hours.
Sheet Vinyl questions
Is sheet vinyl the same as luxury vinyl plank?
No. Sheet vinyl comes in wide rolls and is glued down with few seams. Luxury vinyl plank (LVT and SPC) comes in separate planks that click together.
Why does sheet vinyl need floor prep?
Sheet vinyl is thin, so bumps and gaps in the subfloor show through. New plywood underlayment, skim coating or patching gives it a flat base.
