What to have ready when you call or visit
The more we know about the space, the faster we can price it. Bring or send the room measurements (length and width of each room, plus the number of stairs if any), a few photos of the current floor, and an idea of the look you want. Tell us what is under the existing floor if you know, since slab, plywood and old tile each need different prep.
If you would rather not measure, book an in-home estimate and we will come out Monday through Friday. Contractors can ask about trade pricing and job-site delivery on the same call.
Financing, discounts & delivery
- Financing. Available through Synchrony, with terms from 6 to 18 months and no interest if paid in full by the end of the term. Other terms are available.
- 10% off for the trade and more. Contractors, home investors, commercial accounts, military personnel, senior citizens and repeat customers save 10%.
- In-home estimates. We come out to measure Monday through Friday, or you can bring your room measurements to the showroom.
- Delivery. Material can be delivered to your home or job site for a fee, including the installation materials we stock in the warehouse.
- Fast answers. Calls and quote requests get a response within one hour during showroom hours.
